 7A Apartment Terms and Conditions.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - PARTICULARLY PAYMENT OF BALANCE ON ARRIVAL, PROVISIONAL BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS AND TOTAL NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPANCY

 

Booking

To book Apt 7A: A non refundable deposit confirms your booking with the balance paid ON YOUR ARRIVAL 

Deposits and balances can be made by cash, cheque, postal order. For bookings made within 3 weeks of the start of the rental period, the total amount of rental including security deposit will be due at the time of booking.

Provisional bookings can be made by telephone, email or post. These can only be held for a maximum of seven ( 7 ) days by which time confirmation must be made by sending of the booking deposit. A confirmation of booking, receipt and location map will be sent by email - (preferred) or First Class post as soon as the deposit payment is received. 

We regret we cannot provide 1 night stays at any time.
 
Our Summer Season runs from 1st July to 31st August. During this time we only provide booking slots of one week ( 7 nights ) running from arrival on Saturday to departing on Saturday.
 
Short breaks of at least 2 nights duration are welcome anytime outside our Summer Season so please phone or e-mail to check availability.
 
Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits

A Non-refundable deposit by Postal Order, Sterling Bank Draft or with cheques made payable to Mrs N Masson is required to reserve the accommodation with balance to be paid on arrival.

Please DO NOT send cash in the post.
 
For bookings made less than 3 weeks before arrival the total amount is payable on booking.
You will be responsible for any damage done to the property and its contents by yourselves or your guests. Please advise us immediately of breakage or damage during the letting period so that we can rectify immediately.

Cancellations
When you book a holiday home you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel, for whatever reason, you will be liable. Any cancellation should be made in writing. An attempt will be made to re-let the property and if this is successful either in total or part, then a refund or part refund will be made. If re-letting is unsuccessful, then all monies paid will be forfeit.

Terms and Conditions

Saturday to Saturday - weekly lettings, short breaks by prior arrangement. Tenants may collect the keys after 4.00pm on the day of arrival - If you arrive earlier than this, we will do our best to accommodate you. The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure but again if you need a longer time to vacate, we will do our best to suit you.

A contract is deemed to be made when a booking deposit is sent and confirmation of booking is issued. The hirer must not sublet or share the accommodation to individuals other than their own party and the total number of occupants must not exceed 5 including the lead hirer. We reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without refund if the number of occupiers is exceeded and / or to make an additional charge.

All furniture, furnishings & equipment are to be kept on site. For ease of housekeeping please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived.

  • We would like to advise you that this is a non-smoking property.
  • The apartment staircase is quite steep and may not be suitable for the infirm - very young children will need to be supervised.
  • Regretfully, 7A is not suitable for pets.
  • There is one car parking space allocated to Apt 7A - additional vehicles can only park in spaces labelled as Visitor which are not guaranteed as available. Details of a new parking scheme operated by PEA will be sent on receipt of your booking deposit.

 

Payment Methods

We welcome cash, cheque, postal order, Sterling Bank draft.

Deposits are non-refundable.
